WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT SOUL COACHING WITH
KIMBERLY...
Kimberly's Soul Coaching program gave me a life 'reset' that has me walking with new confidence and making a deeper commitment to myself. I'm going to the gym and getting fit like I've never been, and honouring my life goals to get published and explore new artistic frontiers.
Years of procrastination and self-doubt had me stuck in a holding pattern that is no more thanks to Kimberly Carroll's dynamic and inspirational program.
-- Bruce Schwartzentruber, Toronto, ON
Dear dear Kimberly... What an incredible gift you gave me with your Soul Coaching program. Your work has forever changed my life . I feel more open then ever to my life partner and feel re-energized and renewed for the next step of the journey.
-- Barbara Burke, Author & Illustrator of “I Am Divine”
During Air and Water Week of the 28-Day Soul Coaching Program, I had decided and accepted that who I was is enough and that I can love who I am. Upon that revelation, I decided to that it was time again to start showing my husband how much I loved him and sharing with him my sexual side that I had been repressing because of my dislike for myself and body. I feel so much closer to him -- almost like we are newlyweds again.
-- A.H., Toronto, ON
This program has given me a better outlook on my life…listening and seeing the world around me not just with my eyes and ears, but with my heart and soul.
-- Cody Andruchow, Edmonton, AB
After months of feeling stuck, Kimberly's coaching helped me break through that wall and tune into what my soul was craving, and to tap into a fire and passion I had been denying for too long. She dares you to live a juicy, fulfilling life...one we all deserve to live!
-- Elizabeth Goncalves, Publishing Proofreader
I
am thrilled…the Soul Coaching Online/Tele-Program
surpasses anything I expected. I have shamanic
experience, and I am so impressed with Kimberly
Carroll...I believe she does have the ability to live
with you as you go through your changes, and she is
the most compassionate person. This course will change
your life. Your spirit is calling for change, do it!
-- Leia Rowan Kelly, Toronto, ON
With Kimberly’s encouragement she helped me re-define my “Life’s Purpose”, helping guide me toward the type of joyful and meaningful life I want to live. I am extremely grateful to Kimberly for the opportunity to help me transform my life, so that I can be the Hero of my own life.

Explaining
the 28-DAY SOUL COACHING PROGRAM…
This is
a powerful 28-day journey of cleansing, connection,
inspiration, and transformation. Think of it as
“detox” for your mind, body, spirit, and heart
designed to balance, align, and invigorate your life.
The 28-Day Soul Coaching Program is divided into four
one-week periods with each week dedicated to one of
the four elements and the four corresponding aspects
of self:
Days 1-7 - We use the element of Air to work
with our Intellectual Self – clearing mental and
physical clutter, accessing your intuition,
identifying your limiting beliefs, taking empowering
actions, aligning your life with your core
values, exploring your soul mission, creating space in
your life
Days
8-14 - we use the properties of Water to explore
our Emotional Self – deep cathartic work to release
victim-thinking, exploring energy levels, assessing
relationships, reframing life experiences, connecting
with yourself as a child, being in gratitude, creating
flow in your life
Days
15-21 - with the element of Fire we work with our
Spiritual Self – deep cathartic work around
confronting fears, embracing your "shadow
self", being present, taking risks, awakening
your creative spirit, igniting your life
Days
22-28 - using the element of Earth, we work
with our Physical Self – connecting with, detoxing,
and nurturing your body, inspiring your physical
surroundings, connecting with nature and awakening the
natural forces within you
Integration Week - this fifth week of the
program allows revisiting any of the program you
didn't feel "complete" with and prepares you
for our Quest which officially wraps up the program.
For each
of the 28 days there are practical, fun, and
transformative exercises that are divided into three
levels that you can choose from according to your time
availability each day:
•
Level 1: usually requires 15-30 minutes of your
day
• Level 2: (includes doing Level 1) usually
takes 30 to 60 minutes of your day.
• Level 3: (includes doing the Level 1 &
2) takes as long as it takes!
The
28-day Soul Coaching program will help you to
de-clutter your life, connect to your intuitive self,
release blockages that are keeping you stuck, identify
your purpose, empower your actions, reduce stress and
anxiety, align your outer life with your inner
authentic self, and increase the energy, harmony,
confidence, intuition, clarity, and joy in your
daily life.

If we could see the miracle of a single
flower clearly, our whole life would change.
- Buddha
Precious
Souls!
I am writing this with a majesty of vibrant
tulips, luscious green leaves, and fragrant lilacs at my
doorstep. Ahhhh…it seems Nature is SINGING! The question is:
are
you listening?
Each week of the 28-Day Soul Coaching Program that I lead
celebrates one of the four elements of nature (Air, Water,
Fire, and Earth), and I'm sure this a huge part of what
makes the experience so powerful for my groups. You see,
this planet and everything connected to it (including
humans!) has an energy, flow, and cycle to it and the more
deeply we can connect to this natural rhythm from which we
came, the more alive, centered, and powerful we will be.
However, in our modern culture (especially
in urban centers), we seem to be getting alarmingly detached
from nature. Case and point: The other day when I got up I
was wondering what the temperature was outside, so I grabbed
my iphone to look it up on the weather site. Ok...understand
that I have a door in my kitchen leading out to an
outdoor balcony...yet my first instinct was to go online
to see what it was like outside? My Prairie farmer ancestors
must have been rolling in their graves!
Unfortunately, this type of dependence on
the artificial conveniences of our cyber-age world depicts a
much bigger soul problem as concrete jungles rapidly take
the place of the rainforests in our world. I truly believe
that as we lose nature in our society, we lose that great
wilderness inside of ourselves as well. And as our
connection with nature becomes eroded, so does the fertile
soil of our soul. Translation: couch potato with sealed
windows = bad news for soul.
My Dad has always been one of those people
who just so naturally and simply communes with nature. He'll
easily spend the day -- from morning until sundown --
outside. He has never felt the need to go to church or have
a structured belief system…nature is his church, the
cycles of nature his belief system. In nature he seems at
ease and energized all at the same time. When I was
little, it was a regular occurrence for my Dad to come get
me and my little sister out of bed late at night and carry
us out to look at a particularly starry sky or to drive out
to the country to watch an approaching lightning storm (he loves
the storms!). Unfortunately, camping trips and my Dad's
invites to come help him out in the field were met with far
less enthusiasm than repeats of "Three's Company"
or practicing my guitar in the basement.
However, something must have stuck,
because as an adult, nature has become one of the purest
forms of soul connection for me. I'm constantly amazed by
what a kick-ass spiritual teacher Nature is! Nature doesn't
judge, it doesn't rush, it doesn't have a "to do"
list - it's just always in flow. Nature doesn't hold grudges
or obsess about the future -- it is right here, right now.
That's right...Nature is a damn good role model for those of
us trying to live more fully in the present. The trick
though is to try to meet up with Nature a little more often
and listen to Nature a little more intently in order to
glean its sage advice
In that spirit, I am including in this
month's Inspire-letter some easy and accessible ways for you
- right here, right now - to deepen your connection with
Nature. In doing so, may you be reminded of what an
intrinsic part of Nature and its powerful unending rhythms
you really are.
Lots of love,
Kimberly

10 WAYS FOR NATURE TO INSPIRE YOUR DAY: 1.
Fling your windows and doors WIDE open today and really
breathe in that fresh air and let that sunlight pour in…
Just be sure not to let the burglars pour in.
2. Observe an animal for 5 minutes - whether it be a
squirrel, a dog, or a bird in the tree - tuning into their
energy and imagining what it feels like to be in their
body. Avoid close observation of porcupines and skunks.
3. Walk barefoot in the mud. Let the earth's healing
energy enter your body through the bare soles of your
feet.
4. Take your work day OUTSIDE. Grab the laptop and head to
a park or take your office meeting to the rooftop.
5. Grab, borrow or rent a drum. You don't know how
to play? Well, just take a deep breath and start beating
the thing and see what happens. (Warning: just be careful
loading said drum into vehicles…this is coming from a
gal who just shattered a rental car window with a djembe
this week ; )
6. Bring nature into your home or work environment -
anything from a bouquet of wildflowers on your desk to
burning white sage in your living room to having an ocean
scene as your screen-saver. Just make sure to keep it
fresh and changing!
7. Meditate by water whether it be an ocean, duck pond,
river, or Mr. Turtle pool. Use the opportunity to tune
into the flowing property of water beside and inside
of you (our bodies are made up of 60% water!)
8. If you can't get out in nature , then visualize
yourself out in nature. Research has shown that even just
visualizing being in nature can produce some of the same
positive biochemical and feel-good results as literally
spending time in nature. So, create your own beautiful
nature sanctuary in your mind and take little visits to it
throughout the day.
9. Take an action to help protect nature, this planet, and
it's more vulnerable inhabitants. Volunteer for a wetlands
conservation group, start a recycling initiative in your
workplace, protest fur-trapping, contribute financially to
an effective environmental campaign…the possibilities
are endless.
10. Hug a tree! Yes, sounds cheesy, but have you actually
ever tried it? It's one of the best hugs you'll
ever give/get.
