Explaining
the 28-DAY SOUL COACHING PROGRAM… This
is a powerful 28-day journey of cleansing, connection,
inspiration, and transformation. Think of it as "detox"
for your mind, body, spirit, and heart designed to
balance, align, and invigorate your life. The 28-Day
Soul Coaching Program is divided into four one-week
periods with each week dedicated to one of the four
elements and the four corresponding aspects of self: Days
1-7 – we use the element of Air to work with our
Intellectual Self – clearing mental and physical
clutter, assessing where you are versus where you want
to be, empowering actions, aligning your life with
your core values, exploring your soul mission Days
8-14 – we use the properties of Water to explore our
Emotional Self – deep cathartic work to release
victim-thinking, exploring energy levels, assessing
relationships, reframing life experiences, being in
gratitude Days
15-21 - with the element of Fire we work with our
Spiritual Self – taking action, facing our
"shadow self", awakening your creative
spirit, being present, being in abundance

22-28 – using the element of Earth, we work with our
Physical Self – connecting with your body, physical
"detox", awakening the natural forces within
you, creating sacred spaces For
each of the 28-day days there are practical, fun, and
transformative exercises that are divided into three
levels that you can choose from according to your time
availability each day:
• Level 1: usually requires 15-30 minutes of your
day
• Level 2: usually takes 30 to 60 minutes of your
day.
• Level 3: takes as long as it takes! The 28-day Soul Coaching program will help you to de-clutter your life, connect to your intuitive self, release blockages that are keeping you stuck, identify your purpose, empower your actions, reduce stress and anxiety, align your outer life with your inner authentic self, and increase the energy, harmony, confidence, clarity, and joy in your

Hello Precious Souls!
Well, allow me to bring some instant sunshine to
your life right now… After a long winter of snow, colds,
short days, slippery roads, flu's, and social hibernating, I
am here to remind you that SPRING is officially around the
corner! Yes, the Vernal Equinox is March 20 and even sooner
than that (March 14) Daylight Savings kicks in and voilà!
…our days will start feeling significantly longer! (for
those reading in the Southern Hemisphere, you might want to
shelve this newsletter for about six months ; )
Let us be thankful for our long dark winter because it is
the season that basically forces us into a place of deep
inward reflection where a lot of really significant growth
can happen. However, let's also prepare to kick its butt to
the door so we can start indulging in some Spring FUN! ; )
Yes, Spring is a time for awakenings, fresh new beginnings,
and seizing the day.
Renewal is the name of the game for this month's
Inspire-letter as I share tips with you on shedding your
winter skin so you can dive unbounded into the invigorating
pool of Spring. Woo-hoo!

5 Ideas For Spring Renewal

1. Dry-Brushing – Talk about
literally shedding your “winter skin”!
Dry brushing your skin is a simple, inexpensive, but
amazingly effective detox technique. It exfoliates dead
cells so your skin can breathe and helps stimulate the
lymphatic system. Did
you know that if your pores were completely blocked, with
say… paint – you can actually die of asphyxiation?!
So, before you shower take a brush (a natural fibre
brush is the optimal choice) or if that’s not available to
you even a rough towel can work. Start at your feet with
brisk brushes and make your way up your body finally using
lighter brushes on your neck and face. Then jump in the
shower to slough off all the dead skin. A cold rinse at the
end perfectly seals the deal.
2. Spring cleaning – Yes, this
yearly household tradition is your chance to turn what might
regularly be an onerous domestic chore into a soul practice!
Choose an area or items to clean that you can attach
some symbolic meaning to leading into spring.
For example, if you have been single for a long time
and are ready for some Spring Love, how about
cleaning up those grimy windows in your bedroom? Choose a
mantra to accompany this task that will help connect the
outer cleansing to some inner cleansing, like: “I am
cleaning the cobwebs from my heart and to allow sparkling
love to shine out!”, and then feel that sparkling
love shining out with every inch of that window you buff up.
If housecleaning is just not "your thing"
you can apply the same exercise to your own body… When you
shower or bathe, turn it into a real energy cleansing
session with a mantra like “I am washing off the sorrow
(or frustration, lethargy, etc…take your pick!) of the
winter”.
3. Make a Revitalizing Commitment
– For the month of March, how about making a daily
commitment to one thing that invigorates and enlivens you?
Maybe it will be drinking 2 jugs of water a day or
eating more organic raw vegetables. What about a commitment to stretch every morning for 5
minutes? Or it
could be playing with your dog or cat for 10 minutes a day.
How about committing to wearing a colourful item
everyday or playing the drums or having a daily dance break?
Whatever it is, make your commitment manageable and
measurable enough for you to be able to stick with it for
the month!
4. Electronic Clutter-Clearing –
Nothing ushers in the lightness of Spring than a good
decluttering! Well,
there is a new kind of clutter in our modern lives found jammed into our computer screens that can be just
as overwhelming as a living room filled to the beams with
tchochkes! If your laptop is full of empty mislabeled folders, unused
icons everywhere, and important files hidden in the oddest
of places, it’s time to approach your computer as you
would an unwieldly filing cabinet… Identify the files that
you need and use, get them organized in a variety of
folders, and “recycle bin” the rest!
Then enter your Spring feeling electronically fit and
trim.
5. Equinox Welcome – Schedule
some time on or around March 20 to honour the transition
from the restorative slumber of winter to the rebirth of
spring. Take
this time away from your normal routine to sit in stillness
outside and tune into the rhythms of nature.
You could choose to review in your mind the gifts
that you gained from this past winter and then transition
into the spring energy by envisioning yourself as a
butterfly emerging from the cocoon or as a snake shedding
its skin and step into that feeling of fresh vibrant
beginnings.

This day from "Air Week" is about lightening your energy up by
clearing out some of the mental clutter.

streets with the toy the "invisible dog" and make
