WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT SOUL COACHING WITH KIMBERLY...

"Quite simply, Kimberly's Soul Coaching Program one of the best gifts I've ever given to myself. She is a fearless coach, gentle leader and compassionate soul who takes you through very practical approaches that you can apply to your life every day to see positive changes. She has taught me different ways I can connect with my soul so that I can live in the present and create rather than react to a life happening around me."
- Karen McClellan, TV Writer/Producer

"This is a program that will transform you from within. I found clarity on what I wanted to do next with my life, and the answers came from learning how to pay attention to what my soul had to say rather than from "external" reasons. Kimberly is such a competent professional, but most of all she is a genuine and caring person who sincerely welcomes you to this program and walks by your side throughout the program."
- Marcela Cervantes, Corporate Training Professional

"I can honestly say, that this has been without a shadow of a doubt, the change I have been looking for. This program has given me a better outlook on my life, a new energy, and a love for meditation. I plan on continuing doing meditation, listening and seeing the world around me not just with my eyes and ears, but with my heart and soul."
- Cody Andruchow, Edmonton, AB

"Kimberly's peaceful nature made me feel so welcomed, her energy radiates, and above all I cannot tell you how safe and relaxed I felt in my Soul Circle. The tools that are given are fun and easy to incorporate even in the busiest schedules. Thank you Kimberly, you teach, give and love more then you know!"
- Shannon Broadfield, Toronto, ON

"Kimberly's Soul Coaching program gave me a life 'reset' that has me walking with new confidence and making a deeper commitment to myself. I'm going to the gym and getting fit like I've never been, and honouring my life goals to get published and explore new artistic frontiers. I know it wouldn't have happened without Soul Coaching."
- Bruce Schwartzentruber, Toronto, ON

"I feel very privileged to have experienced Kimberly's Soul Coaching Program. I loved how she flowed the workshops into fun, interactive and intense and back to light. I am finally stepping out into my own life for real and it’s because the universe gifted me with Kimberly Carroll at the most perfect time."
- Charlene Hancock, Life Coach,

Explaining the
SOUL COACHING PROGRAM…

This is a powerful 6-week journey of exploration, inspiration, action, deep healing, and transformation. Think of it as "detox" for your mind, body, spirit, and heart designed to balance, connect, and invigorate your life.

The Soul Coaching Program starts with 28 days of intensive daily work which is divided into four one-week periods with each week dedicated to one of the four elements and the four corresponding aspects of self. The rest of the program involves the processing of the material and then fully integrating it into your daily life for lasting results.

Our weekly gatherings include soul journeys (deep guided visualizations which work on a subconscious level), life strategizing, a hands-on creative or cathartic activity, intuitive exercises, discussion, and workshopping the past week's content.

Gathering 1 — Introduction to the Program

Week 1 — Air Week

Gathering 5 — Culmination of Earth Week

Gathering 7 — The Quest

3 Levels of Commitment...

In the first intensive 28 days of the program, there are daily practical, fun, and transforming exercises that are divided into three levels that you can choose from according to your time availability each day:

Level 1: usually requires 15-30 minutes of your day

Level 2: (includes doing Level 1) usually takes 30 to 60 minutes of your day.

Level 3: (includes doing the Level 1 & 2) takes as long as it takes!

The Soul Coaching program can help you define your life purpose, release blockages that are keeping you stuck, connect to your intuitive self, declutter your life, reduce stress and anxiety, cultivate your creativity and joy, align your outer life with your inner yearnings, and increase the energy, clarity, love, confidence, peace, and fun in your daily life.

The Soul Coaching modality was created by Denise Linn — one of Kimberly's cherished teachers!

Precious Souls!

This month’s Inspire-letter is about cultivating joy. Perhaps not the first thing on your mind as you struggle through the end of a long grey winter of colds and flus, carb-overloading, and just-barely-above-hibernation energy levels, but perhaps it should be…

Laughter has been proven to increase energy (15 minutes of laughter can produce the same rejuvenating benefits as a 2-hour nap), reduce food cravings, decrease pain, and boost your immune system (it can even keep diabetes under control).  Joy creates an energy within that is expansive, connected, inspiring, deeply loving, wildly creative…and wonderfully contagious. Imagine the life you could create out of this kind of energy… Imagine the WORLD we could create out this kind of energy!

Now at this point if you’re saying to yourself, I’ll get around to joy when I’m not so busy or when I have more money or when it’s not so cold or when I lose 10 pounds or find that perfect someone...well, I’m going to give you a little warning... Joy is like a muscle -- it needs to be exercised regularly for it to expand and be responsive. If you only work out your joy muscle once a month, it’ll get weak and atrophy and you may find it stops responding even in the most beautiful, celebratory, and abundant of scenarios. However, flex it a little every day and the strength of your joy will go through the roof.

So, read on to get all sorts of ideas and inspiration for exercising joy starting today

And I’m going to start the ball rolling by reminding you that spring officially starts in less than two weeks and daylight savings starts this weekend!  Now, do a little happy dance (refer to video further down for tips on this) and feel the JOY!

Love & Ecstatic Joy,

Kimberly

10 WAYS TO PRACTICE JOY TODAY

When I talk "joy", I'm not just referring to that slightly annoying Pollyanna jump-up-and-click-your-heels mood. Joy to me is simply an expansive space where it feels like your energy is originating from a place of LOVE. Joy comes in a variety of shapes and flavours. Here are some easy ideas for cultivating it anywhere, anytime…

1. Think of one of your most favourite funny movies and go through some of your favourite scenes. Me: Anchorman. Scenes: "I love lamp" & "Wow, that escalated quickly…I killed a guy with a trident".

2. Compliment a co-worker and see them light up.

3. Music can instantly invoke that feeling of joy. So, even if you've got a complete mess to clean-up, put on your favourite album and ROCK OUT while you mop.

4. If you find yourself in a particularly tense moment with a mate or good friend, suddenly declare a tickle fight!

5. One of the simplest acts of joy is taking a deep luxurious breath…try it NOW (breath break). After all, how is joy supposed to find a place in your life if you don't even have enough space in your lungs?

6. Get everyone at work to tell you the stupidest joke they know.

7. Go outside. Breathe in the sky and the trees and spend time watching animals.

8. Think of the last time you laughed so hard you could barely breathe or you almost peed your pants.

9. Read your favourite poem.

10. Literally try skipping or dancing down the hall or street. If somebody sees you just tell them you're breaking in a new pair of shoes.

Life is a happy thing, a festival to be enjoyed rather than a drudgery to be endured."

FUN INJECTION: Gratitude Dance

Many of you might have seen the original "Where the Hell is Matt?" video... Well, this is like the 2.0 version! This one guy and his funny little jig is creates such high vibration energy from around the globe!

EXERCISE: Checking off the "To Love" List

Everybody's got a "To Do" List... I'm going to suggest making a "To Love" List today where you write down all of the activities, being, places, and things (big and small) that bring you joy and pleasure.

Then, at the beginning of every day this week I want you to choose at least one thing from your "To Love" List and officially add it to your "To Do" schedule for that day. Honour this joy item as a priority and not just as something you get to do when everything else is completed. Examples: take a bubble bath with candles, watch a funny youtube video, stop for a big mug of tea in that quiet café, have a morning make-out with my sweetie, take an afternoon dance break, play catch with my kid, read a magazine for pleasure, walk barefoot in the wet grass, use the good china, cuddle with my cat/dog in a sunbeam.

"One key to knowing joy
is being easily pleased."

- Mark Nepo

- Pema Chodron

EXERCISE: EmBODYing Joy

If you're having trouble shifting into a joyful mood, try shifting your body first. The way we hold our bodies can send powerful cues to our brain on how we should be feeling, so choose a day to emBODY the quality of "joy". First, look at yourself in the mirror and see how joy would look on you in your expression, your stance, and the way you walk and talk. Perhaps, your eyes would be wider and bright, you'd be quick to smile, you'd look people kindly in the eyes, your shoulders would be back and chest open, and your walk would have a little bounce to it. Take this body stance out into the world and see what happens!

"Weeping may last for a night, but a shout of joy comes in the morning."
- Psalm 30:5b
