During my many years as a television host and producer, I spent several seasons helping people renovate their homes on the popular TV show "Take This House and Sell It!" Now here I am as a certified Soul Coach, helping people renovate their lives.

Through my in-person and online Soul Coaching Program, as well as individual coaching, I work with folks in a fun, active, and utterly transforming process to ignite the mind, body, spirit, and heart and then design a life that reflects that powerful, authentic self... Think life coaching, but with a more holistic approach.

I have new 6-Week Toronto Programs and 6-Week Online/Tele-Programs starting throughout the year and limited openings for one-on-one sessions and Individual 5-Week or 6-Week Programs.
