I became a Soul Coach so I could help people create their most inspired, effective, joyful, and connected lives possible… I guess you could say I do "makeovers” from the inside out!

Soul Coaching is a relatively new professional field -- established by world-renowned author, intuitive, healer, and my personal teacher Denise Linn -- that takes the idea of life coaching to a much deeper and holistic level. As a Soul Coach, I work from the premise that you have all your own answers already within you – I just help guide you through the static of everyday life to tune into that oh-so-wise inner voice or essence that I call your “soul”.

This process is about finding meaning, joy, and inspiration in your ordinary life to make it…extraordinary! I work with individuals and groups in a fun, supportive, experiential, and life-affirming process of balancing your body, mind, and spirit and tuning into your soul's calling. In each session, a safe and loving space is created for you to work at a deep intuitive level where you can release the negative patterns and fears that may be keeping you from being your most ALIVE self. I use innovative healing techniques like soul journeys (powerful interactive guided visualizations that take you deep into your consciousness for specific answers and to shift the energy around situations), creative inspiration tools, mental/emotional/physical “clutter clearing”, and practical cathartic exercises to help you move out of the “stuck” places and into inspired spaces. Once you become more acquainted with your authentic self, I help you connect to your purpose, develop an exciting action plan for achieving your goals and dreams, and design a life that reflects who you truly are.

In my approach, I pull from a wealth of spiritual, wellness, and philosophical traditions, however, this is not a “religious” process. Of course, fun, play, and laughter are a cornerstone of Soul Coaching with me!
